End-user license agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the QuickBooks Data Exporter tool (“the Software”), developed by [Your Name or Organization] for exporting financial data from QuickBooks Online.

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the Software.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

Termination

This license may be terminated at any time if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software.
